What is your process as a wholesaler?
Our process is very straightforward:

  1. We sign an agreement of sale with the property owner of record. Our agreement was written by a real estate attorney and is in favor of the investor. Contingencies exist for clear title and protects the investor in case of default by seller.
  2. The signed AOS gives us equitable interest in the property and gives us permission to find a buyer partner to close on the property. We market the property through email and SMS to our closed network of investor buyers.
