What is your process as a wholesaler?
Our process is very straightforward:
- We sign an agreement of sale with the property owner of record. Our agreement was written by a real estate attorney and is in favor of the investor. Contingencies exist for clear title and protects the investor in case of default by seller.
- The signed AOS gives us equitable interest in the property and gives us permission to find a buyer partner to close on the property. We market the property through email and SMS to our closed network of investor buyers.
